SERVICE DESIGN
As a part of the SDN Service Design Practitioner Accreditation, our team of 5 built a solution to help elderly couples (75+) cope after heart attack. We aim to support the care-giver in helping the patient recover and pursue a healthy lifestyle, while also taking care of their own well-being.
This project has been through the process of preliminary desk research, affinity mapping, interviews (secondary research), insights analysis, define phase (persona and as-is journey map) and ideation workshop, idea selection, concept building (by service blueprinting) and testing the prototype.

SERVICE DESIGN
As a part of the Open Innovation Challenge organized by Service Design Network Singapore, in collaboration with Ideactio Pte Ltd and Majority Trust, we designed a solution that aims to remove the communication gap between parents and kids, enabling parents to be seen as companions and confidantes by their kids. The theme revolved around youth mental well-being- exploring how teenagers have been impacted by social isolation and ways to support them through various forms of interventions.
myFarm
UX DESIGN
I designed an app for farmers to help them manage their farms from the comfort of their homes. IoT devices like drones and sensors will monitor farm, detect and chase away grazers, measure soil quality, automate irrigation, spray fertiliser and pesticide, assess crop health and provide local weather information over a cloud network. It aims to reduce physical labour while increasing productivity of farm.

UX RESEARCH CASE STUDY
I conducted research for designing an app for people to help them shop consciously and reduce carbon footprint. It includes features like informing them about the chemicals, allergens and other ingredients in their products, using filters for easier search, providing option for biodegradable packaging and more. I employed preliminary survey and user interviews for extracting user needs and analysing them to come up with most sustainable solutions.
